Terms and Conditions: 1. Shipping and Liability Customers are solely responsible for all shipping costs and insurance fees for packages sent to Speedie Tech LLC. While shipping insurance is optional, it is highly recommended to protect your investment. Speedie Tech LLC is not liable for items that are lost, stolen, or damaged during transit. All incoming packages are inspected upon arrival. Should we detect any damage sustained during shipping, you will be notified immediately to assist with any carrier claims. 2. Repair Process and Turnaround We process repairs in the order they are received. While most standard repairs are completed within 1–2 business days, turnaround times may be extended if specialized parts are required or if components are currently out of stock. If a service queue exists, our team will provide you with a revised timeline. 3. Diagnostic Assessment Policy All incoming devices are subject to a $40.00 Diagnostic Assessment Fee. This fee compensates for the technical labor and specialized precision equipment required to identify the root cause of your device's failure. No Upfront Cost: This fee is only billed if you decline the recommended repair or if the device is deemed unrepairable. Full Credit: The diagnostic fee is 100% Waived if you proceed with the authorized repair service. 4. Payment and Storage Upon completion of the repair, a digital invoice will be sent to your registered email address. Full payment is required before your device is released for return shipping. Payment Window: You have two (2) business days to settle the invoice. Storage Fees: Invoices remaining unpaid beyond this period will incur a $20.00 daily storage fee until the balance, including any accrued fees, is paid in full. 5. Support Our team is available to assist you during normal business hours. If you have any questions regarding your repair status or these terms, please contact us directly.

⚠️ Important Mail-In Notice

Please be sure to complete and submit the Mail-In Repair Form before sending your device. We do not check our P.O. Box every day. Instead, we monitor incoming mail based on form submissions so we know when a customer has mailed a device to us.

If you mail your device without submitting the form, it may result in delays to your repair. Additionally, without a completed form, it can be difficult for us to identify who the package belongs to, which may cause further delays in processing your repair.

To ensure the fastest possible service, please complete the Mail-In Repair Form before shipping your device.
