We only accept mail-in repairs that are shipped through the United States Postal Service (USPS).

Because we utilize a USPS Post Office Box for receiving mail-in devices, all packages must be sent via USPS only. Packages shipped through other carriers, including but not limited to FedEx, UPS, DHL, Amazon Logistics, or other delivery services, cannot be delivered to our mailing address and may be returned to the sender, delayed, or become lost in transit.
