We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 3 hours before the beginning of your appointment.

 Appointment Cancellation: We kindly request that you reschedule or cancel your appointment at least 3 hours prior to the scheduled start time. We offer complimentary rescheduling for all appointments; however, cancellations must be made no later than 3 hours before the originally scheduled appointment time. Kindly note that if you cancel while a technician is already en route, a $20 cancellation fee will apply. Additionally, a travel fee of $0.65 per mile, calculated from our current location to your address, will also be charged. The remaining balance, if applicable, will be refunded to your original payment method. We value your time and strive to ensure a seamless experience. Before we leave for your appointment, we will always contact you to confirm the scheduled visit. If, for any reason, we are unable to reach you, rest assured that a technician will still be dispatched to your location as planned. Your time is important to us, and we are committed to providing dependable service without unnecessary delays.

Recycling Your Electronics: Important Information:

When recycling your old electronics with us, we kindly request that you notify us of any potential bug infestations prior to drop-off. Additionally, it is important to ensure that all devices being recycled are owned by you and not by someone else. Please note, we reserve the right to refuse any electronic device at our discretion. Once your items are processed, we will keep you updated with all relevant information regarding your recycling. Thank you for your cooperation and for helping us maintain a safe and efficient recycling process. We emphasize the importance of backing up your data prior to any data-related services. Please note that we are not accountable for any data that has not been backed up. Once data has been permanently deleted or destroyed from your storage devices, it cannot be recovered. Therefore, it is your sole responsibility to inform us in advance if there is any specific data you would like to save before proceeding. Failure to notify us in a timely manner may result in irreversible data loss. Your attention to this matter is greatly appreciated. When recycling systems, if any storage devices are left inside, rest assured that all data on those drives will be securely destroyed. If you're curious about the possibility of data recovery before donation, feel free to ask us at the time of pickup, and we'll assess whether recovery is feasible. (No cost to you!)

However, you must schedule an appointment in advance whenever you are ready to redeem a cleaning service. Once we’ve completed your scheduled cleanings, we will ensure everything is properly documented. This documentation will reflect the completed services and automatically deduct the remaining balance of your cleanings.
